35% Off Formula
Discount Amount = Original Price × 0.35
Sale Price = Original Price × 0.65
Example: for a ₹2,000 item, discount = 2,000 × 0.35 = ₹700 and sale price = 2,000 × 0.65 = ₹1,300.

Find the Original Price from the Sale Price
If you know the price after 35% off, divide it by 0.65. For example, a sale price of ₹650 means the original price was 650 ÷ 0.65 = ₹1,000.
35% Off Plus an Extra Discount
Discounts are applied one after another, so they do not simply add up. With 35% off and an extra 10% off, you pay 0.65 × 0.90 = 58.5% of the price. The total discount is 41.5%, not 45%.
